When you sign up to our newsletter, you are voluntarily giving us information that we collect. That information may include either your name, physical address, email address, phone number as well as details including gender, location, travel preferences and other demographic information. Note that we do not store any credit card information.

We do not collect any information automatically, with cookies or other tracking tool.

We may use and disclose Personal Information only for the following purposes:
(a) To promote use of our services to you. For example, if we collect your Personal Information when you visit our Website and do not order a clean-up kit, we may send you an email inviting you to do so.
(b) To send you informational and promotional content in accordance with your marketing preferences. For example, if we collect your travel preferences, we may send you an email to promote our existing partners.
(c) To send you System Alert messages or legal requirements. For example, we may inform you of temporary or permanent changes to our Services, such as planned outages, new features, version updates, releases, abuse warnings, and changes to our Privacy Policy.

- We Operate in Switzerland and we work with providers in the world
We work with Mailchimp to collect and store your data. Their servers and offices are located in the United States so your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States. While the data protection, privacy, and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
We work with Typeform to ask you questions, collect data and store them. Their offices are based in Spain.
- Accuracy and Retention of Data
We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes (for example, if you have a new email address), then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information.
